User Account Control is disabled
What this means
With UAC off, every program an administrator runs gets full administrator rights silently — a malicious download included.
How to fix it
Set EnableLUA to 1 under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System (or restore the default in Control Panel → User Account Control Settings) and restart.
Check it yourself
Run a scan and look for BLWK-WIN-005 in the results:
sh
bulwark scanInstalled the standalone CLI package instead of the app? The command is bulwarkctl.
How Bulwark decides
Bulwark reads windows_security and reports this check when:
text
uac_enabled_known == true and uac_enabled == falseIf a value can't be read, Bulwark reports the check as undetermined rather than passing it. View the rule source.
